Transcription: London brewing can be traced as far back as 900 years and today companies like Young's still brew beer using traditional methods that haven't changed in centuries. Young's still use wooden barrels from the Cooper shop of their Wandsworth brewery. The demand for traditional real ale is growing each year and even in the 11th century the doomsday book recorded that the monks of St Paul's Cathedral annually brewed some 67,000 gallons of beer. Young still use shire horses to deliver their ale and the blacksmith is part of the brewery.
